We designed a lean, highly efficient operation — backed by 25 years of industrial engineering know-how — that cuts unnecessary overhead without cutting quality. The savings go directly to your plate.
We source exclusively from Brandt Beef and Brawley Beef, two legendary California brands, securing pricing that lets us serve USDA Prime at a fraction of what downtown steakhouses charge.
